Ligent Technologies seeks $727 million in Hong Kong IPO
AI computing networks maker Ligent Technologies announced on 14 September 2026 that it is seeking to raise up to HK$5.7 billion ($727 million) through an initial public offering in Hong Kong. The listing adds to a surge of technology IPOs in the region.
