I apparently had reinstalled/wiped the ROM of a phone where I had previously installed play services and logged in. I swear I never enabled any find my phone shenanigans, but after reinstalling, I had a funny situation where I could install apps via "adb", but not on the phone, because of a "Secure FRP" mode. Apparently the modern # lineageos recovery has a "wipe-frp" script you can run using ADB:
