On the one hand, it's awful that a major company like Waymo would routinely drive around school buses with their stop sign up. On the other hand, the fact that it's a major company is exactly how we're able to target them. The NTSB joins the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration in investigating Waymo vehicles illegally passing stopped school buses.
