Kauai businesses call for tourism recovery after Hurricane Lowell

Following Hurricane Lowell, small businesses on Kauai are asking tourists to return on September 18, 2026, after initial recovery period when officials had asked visitors to stay away to allow residents and responders to manage cleanup and recovery efforts.
