The way that Visual Studio Code pops up a prompt to gather admin credentials every couple days to install a new "helper tool" seems like the ripest target for abuse. If nothing else, it trains users to uncritically type their username and password into a prompt when returning to the computer after getting a cup of coffee. This is driving me crazier.
