Israel releases Lebanese prisoners in missing-Jews deal

Israel released four Lebanese prisoners to the Red Cross on September 4 as part of a deal with Lebanon linked to missing Israelis from Lebanon's 1975–1990 civil war. The exchange was part of ongoing prisoner-exchange negotiations.
