Christchurch rider arrested for extreme speeding

A 19-year-old motorcyclist was arrested in Christchurch on 28 August after allegedly repeatedly engaging in dangerous driving, including travelling over 300 km/h. Police said the rider's behaviour constituted multiple instances of reckless speed.
