Patchy dense fog is expected through 8AM across portions of Downeast, Bangor Region northward in the Penobscot Valley to Southern Aroostook County. Fog is mixing out and lifting quickly in many locations but cannot rule out a few dense areas remaining resulting in rapidly changing visibilities.
