Torrential rain causes major flooding in parts of the Northeast

Parts of New Jersey got up to 5 inches of rain on Tuesday as first responders pulled people out of flooded streets. In eastern Pennsylvania, heavy rain also flooded highways and roads. Rob Marciano reports.
